LiveOne

This is an initiation of coverage report on LiveOne that I prepared to showcase my work product.  It is a full investment memo that pitches a long on the equity.  This specific memo includes an 144-page overview of the music streaming, radio, and podcasting industries as well as results from a 14-question proprietary LiveOne-Tesla consumer survey. The date of the report was May 12, 2025.

Hyliion

This is an initiation of coverage report on Hyliion that I prepared to showcase my work product.  It is a full investment memo that pitches a long thesis on the equity.  The date of the report was April 22, 2025.

Forward Air

This is a case study on Forward Air that I prepared for an interview process.  It is a full investment memo that pitches a short thesis on the TL/bonds and a watch on the equity.  The date of the report was the beginning of January 2025.

Strategy Reports

From May 2017 to October 2018, I interned and worked part-time for 3 Rivers Capital, a private equity firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  During this time, I was a primary contributor to a strategy report series, which was used to communicate with investors as well as craft the internal investment strategy.

​3 Rivers Capital is focused on lower middle market companies with a focus on family- and founder-owned businesses that either want to exit or Intend to take the next step toward professionalization.

Pioneer Power Solutions

This is a pitch I made for Lion Fund LLC, a student-run investment fund I was a part of while in college.  This is a short pitch on Pioneer Power Solutions made in the fall of 2016.

Emergence Capital - Sourcing

This is a deck I made for a case study for a sourcing-related role that I did not pursue further, but lays out a variety of potential sourcing methods to find software companies to acquire.

TPI Composites

This is an initiation of coverage report on TPI Composites that I prepared to showcase my work product.  It is a full investment memo that pitches a potential short (subject to additional diligence) on the equity.  This specific memo was cut short due to the state of the business and potential restructuring, but includes a 25+ page overview of the wind and wind blade industry.  The date of the report was April 29, 2025.

New Fortress Energy

This is a case study on New Fortress Energy I prepared for an interview process.  It is a full investment memo that pitches a short thesis on the equity.  The date of the report was the beginning of February 2025.

Aytu Biopharma

This is a case study on Aytu BioPharma I prepared for an interview process.  It is a full investment memo that shows a private credit solution and I was also short on the equity.  The date of the report was May 2024.

Corning

This is a sample pitch I made for an interview process during the fall of my junior year (fall 2017) on Corning, where I pitched a long on the equity.

Bennu (Recruiting Company)

This is a sample deck I made for a startup that I did not pursue, which lays out the initial business plan and how it impacts each of the stakeholders in the market, resulting in a better solution for all.  The startup contemplated an aligned recruiting process across the financial services industry and use of the Gale-Shapley algorithm to achieve optimal career matches.

Ten-K: Supporting Local Nonprofits

This is a deck I made for a nonprofit group that I am a part of that we elected not to move forward on at the current time.  The goal was to create a platform that would facilitate funding of local nonprofits by the broader financial services industry.
